I’m an Oxford-based coach and mentor. I support and empower people to achieve their aspirations, dreams and goals, building a life, career or business they love. I’ve been coaching and mentoring, as a freelancer and in the workplace, for over 20 years and I have a European Mentoring and Coaching Council accredited qualification.

I write about coaching, personal and professional development, wellbeing, creativity and simple living. I’ve written for magazines and blogs including Laura Ashley, Mollie Makes and Vintage Life and I’m a regular contributor to Breathe magazine.
