How can coaching help me?

I see the life-changing power of coaching every day – both in the lives of my clients and in my own life and work. If I were to share how I personally benefit from coaching, I would say that I work with a coach because I value having someone to hold me accountable to my goals and vision, someone who believes in me and doesn’t buy into the fears that hold me back in life. Most of all, I love working with someone who genuinely wants me to succeed and helps me to uncover things I couldn’t see for myself, giving me a big picture view and raising my self-awareness, while helping me to create a life I love.

Coaching gives people an advantage, taking them from good to great while reaching their big dreams and true calling. It saves them time because they can quickly gain clarity and focus and address any blocks that are holding them back. So, whether you’ve reached a plateau in your life and work and are seeking some answers, or you’re looking to build a profitable creative business from scratch, I can support, motivate and empower you, providing the help and accountability you need and cheering you on every step of the way.

What can I expect from a coaching session?

Every session is one-to-one and takes place either in person or via a voice or video call. The sessions are scheduled at a mutually convenient time and everything we discuss is confidential. During a session, I’m guided by your needs and objectives and my focus is on listening to you and supporting your goals. This might involve using coaching tools and exercises or simply letting the conversation flow, digging deep and exploring ideas and options as they present themselves. My goal is that you get the most from our time together, you enjoy the experience of investing in yourself and that you continue to benefit from the coaching long after the sessions are complete. My clients often tell me they feel energised, focused, motivated and inspired following a coaching session.

Will I get any additional support outside of the coaching sessions?

I always offer unlimited email support across the time we’re working together, so I’ll be available to answer any questions, clarify reflection exercises you’re doing in your own time and point you toward additional resources. When you book my three or six-month Flourish and Thrive coaching programme, I include a midway progress review, as well as supporting you to create a long-term development plan, so you’ll have clear steps to help you once our time together is at an end.

What coaching experience and qualifications do you have?

I’ve been coaching and mentoring, as a freelancer and in the workplace, for over 20 years and I have a European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) accredited qualification. To maintain the quality of my practice I work with a coach supervisor. I also belong to the EMCC and I follow their code of ethics.

During my career, I’ve enjoyed a wide variety of roles in the arts, retail and education sectors, managing and developing brilliant teams of people. Through those positions – which include being Head of Operations and Visitor Services at Modern Art Oxford, Team Leader of Ladies Personal Shopping at Selfridges London and Alumni Relations Manager at the University of Oxford – I’ve worked with and supported hundreds of extraordinary people, enabling me to hone a unique and powerful set of coaching and mentoring skills.

Do you offer coaching outside of your coaching programmes?

I’m always happy to talk with you about the help you need and the goals you’re looking to achieve, and then work together to create a bespoke coaching programme tailored to fit your objectives. I work with individuals, businesses and organisations. Just contact me by email at coaching@natashadenness.co.uk and we can have a chat.

Who do you work with?

I primarily work with creative people including leaders, entrepreneurs, small business owners and freelancers. Here are a few testimonials from some of my former clients.

I don’t work in a creative field can we still work together?

Yes, we can. I work with many clients on a range of things – from simplifying their life and getting organised to bringing their big ideas to life. The beauty of coaching is the techniques can be successfully applied to almost every situation.
